ONLINE registration is now open! During the ONLINE registration process, you will need to download the PDF documents and forms below, fill them out, and return them to our offices by uploading the completed documents at the bottom of this page under the heading UPLOAD SIGNED DOCUMENTS IN THIS LOCATION on or before Sept. 4. RMS Registration Forms and Documents

Once you have downloaded and filled in the forms and documents to the right of the page, you must submit them during the online registration process in order for your application to be accepted online. You may also contact our office by emailing amarple@riverviewmemorialschool.org for more information about the documents you’ll need to process your application.
